Each of Local Legends' nine districts includes a locally-focused case for your crew to investigate. The book also includes four Small-Time Villain operations and a standalone case, Forged and Framed.
- Character Folio Pack 2. A roster of 10 pregen character folios: one character from each of the 9 districts of Local Legends, and one extra pregen character of the creepy child Rift, Hecate.
